- Build files now include sourcemaps and declarations
- No longer compiles non-ts files
- package.json includes build:watch script

Add tool for linting and verifying package.json
Tool will:
- validate existence of required keys
- organizes keys by relevance and alphabet
- validates for valid format
Tool was also added to pre-commit hook
